Ignite Now Media is a marketing and video production agency located at the heart of Mission Valley. We represent a variety of clients in the real estate and financial industries. We also
produce our own television shows and corporate marketing videos in our Production studio.

Who Are Our Interns?
Our internship program is open to college students eligible to receive college credit. Our interns have studied Communication, Journalism & Marketing but other related majors are always welcome.
Our interns are social media savvy, confident in their writing skills and are highly motivated to bring new ideas to the table. Every day looks different here at Ignite, so our interns know how to stay organized & manage their time well. They have or are looking to gain experience with Facebook, Instagram and YouTube ads and although graphic design experience isn’t necessary, it’s always a plus. Our interns typically spend 10 hours or more in the office & are always learning something new.

Our Production interns are comfortable communicating with the team and can build a strong rapport with our clients. Working on a TV show, there’s always going to be changes so our interns stay organized and pay high attention to detail to keep our set running smoothly. They have or are looking to gain hands-on experience on the production floor and are willing to take initiative in any way to help our show grow and succeed. Although previous experience in media production is preferred, it is not required. Our production interns spend 10-20 hours in the office working with our producers.
What Do They Do?
Throughout the Social Media/Marketing program, our interns assist the Marketing team in developing new strategies and social media marketing campaigns. They will monitor engagement on the client’s social media platforms and track analytics on a monthly basis. Our interns also help us create monthly content calendars for our TV shows as well as our clients. Finally, our interns learn how to develop email marketing campaigns and create storyboard marketing videos.
Our production interns have the opportunity to work with our state-of-the-art studio for one of our TV shows. This program allows our interns to participate in pre-production organization including data collection, scheduling, and collecting b-roll from our clients. They will also gain hands-on experience directing the floor as well.
